Here is a piece of news regarding the one who faces a recall in June along with Gov. Scott Walker. Yup, I am talking about Wisconsin Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch. She said yesterday that the election’s outcome will send a message to the country, noting, “What happens in Wisconsin has potential to affect every state in this nation.”
On talking about this Kleefisch said on Fox News, ““We’re a harbinger. We’re a canary in a coal mine.” Whatever happens in Wisconsin, it has capacity to affect each and every state in this nation whether Wisconsin voters choose to go forward or backward, back to the failed policies of the past.
One of the arguing points by Kleefisch was that the Walker administration had come into office facing a $3.6 billion budget deficit and had made the difficult but necessary decision to fix the budget crisis without raising taxes.
Moreover, she said that the taxpayers are grateful and they see the logic of spending what you have and not simply what you want. She said, “We chose to do a budget within our means in Wisconsin.”
However, Walker, Fleefisch and several other state officials will have to face the voters again as the official date announced last week was 5th of June.
