Girl Scout Cookies change for sale

There is a good piece of news for the fans of Girl Scout Cookies as they won’t need to wait so long for their favorite cookies. Many changes have been made this year as you can also pay for your cookies by credit card.

Miranda Ortega, 13, the girl scout of Troop 3580 said that the changes will make it easier and she expects to sell more cookies and have more fun. The 12 years old Kalyn Lowe from the same troop said that no one really carries cash. A cookie rally held by Troop 3810 yesterday night reviewed the new way of selling and safety guidelines.

On talking about Girl Scout Cookies, Eva Stankey, 14, said, “the best part of selling cookies this year is that people won’t have to wait for them.”  According to Devyn Sanchez, although selling cookies helps the troops but Girl Scouts is more favorable for helping the community, learning Leadership skills and outdoor skills.

Amana Kalina, the spokeswoman for Colorado Girl Scouts, informed that dropping pre-orders and accepting credit cards are wonderful facilities for Colorado Girl Scouts for the very 1st time, but troops in other states have been doing it for some time, seeing an increase in sales. She added that the council is covering the fees involved with accepting credit cards and each box costs $3.50, with most of the money benefiting the Girls Scouts, specifically the troops, and the local and state councils.
